I have Lots of friends.
Too many, I say. One minute I'm trying to talk to one of them and another is yelling to me from afar to come see her new hair tie. Or shoes or socks or earrings or...there are definitely more than 3 possibilities. I like having friends and there a zillion of them in my classes, and on my x-country team. To be a good friend to so many girls and a couple guys I have to be very careful to not ignore one friend and pay attention to only one. To be a good friend, I do the following and suggest you do as well...
- Break up my time into sections... for example- in art class I sit with two of my friends and that's the time I have with them
- At lunch I kinda move from table to table depending on my mood or the day or who asked me to sit with them and I never sit with one person day after day
- When one friend asks me to do something with them and I agree I will not back down on it- no matter how fun the other friend's suggestion might be
- I try to keep in touch with all of my friends, wether I see them at school or I call them or go to their house or whatever
There are so many more things I could tell you about friendship!
But I won't bore you any more. Save your friends the pigs!
